You need to rest well to be able to carry on with your daily activities. Rest makes the body refresh, if you do not practice the habit of resting well, you can easily break down.
10. DRINK A GOOD AMOUNT OF WATER EVERYDAY
Lastly, another healthy lifestyle that you need to adopt is drinking a good amount of water every day. Experts have claimed that one of the simplest healthy lifestyles you can practice is drinking a good amount pf water every day. The whole essence of this is to flush toxins from the body
