Tell us what is wrong, or what is missing
Corrections carry the most weight with us, and requests for new calculators are the second most useful thing you can send. Several of the tools on this site exist because a reader wrote in.
Prefer to email directly? That works just as well as the form below. Write to [email protected] for anything about the site itself, a calculator, or the data section, or to [email protected] for general questions and partnership enquiries. Either address reaches us and gets read the same day, more or less.
What to send, and where it goes
A correction
The most valuable message you can send. Tell us which page, which figures you entered and what you expected. We check every reported error against the underlying source, and if we got it wrong we fix it and say so.
A calculator request
If you keep doing a calculation by hand, or can never find a straight answer to a number, describe it. We prioritise by how many people ask and whether we can do it accurately.
Data and privacy
Questions about what we store, or a request to remove a submission you made. Our privacy policy covers the detail, and we answer specific questions directly.
Partnerships and advertising
We are open to conversations. What we do not do is accept payment for editorial recommendations, or write about a product or institution in exchange for anything.
Things we are often asked first
How quickly will I get a reply?
Can you help with my specific application or exam?
Do I need an account to use anything?
Can I remove something I submitted to the data section?
Can I republish your calculators or articles?
Before you write about a figure. Most tool pages include a method section and a worked example that explain exactly how the number was reached. If a result looks wrong, that section is usually the fastest way to see why, and it may save you a wait for our reply.
