How to Study Abroad from Nigeria

4. Apply, then prepare for the visa process

Once admitted, the visa application has its own timeline and documentation requirements — treat it as a separate project with its own deadlines, not an afterthought.

5. Plan the practical logistics

Accommodation, flights, initial living costs, and health insurance all need to be arranged well before departure — leaving these to the last minute is one of the most common sources of avoidable stress.
